Your involvement is extremely vital for us to have a voice about and impact this DMAS RFP: because we all share the belief that all Virginia Commonwealth residents should enjoy the same freedoms: in this case, freedom to choose who to do business with.
URGENT! Deadline is January 25, 2012: so we don’t have much time.
Our Goal: 20,000 – 30,000 signatures. Please encourage everyone to get the maximum number of people to sign.

STEP 1 I am asking each facility to have employees to take a Petition home to obtain as many signatures as possible. Also, anyone with a Smartphone can sign Online: www.iwantmyfreedomofchoice.org

· This prevents loss of Petition in mail and slow responses.
Anyone who has access to the internet via Smartphone or computer should be encouraged to use this method.
STEP 2 Contact your local Representative. Many Representatives who have responded to our emails have indicated they were unaware of this. Information is power.
